Ryan Dunn

My name is Ryan Dunn. I gave my life to Christ when I was about five years old, and have been a storyteller since the age of eleven.

I have an education in musical theater performance (BMusic and MA) and moved to New York City over six years ago for what I expected to be a future Broadway career. After a number of professional credits, a couple of collapses from the grind, and one life-upending pandemic, I found God moving my heart towards songwriting and worship in storytelling.

Now I am living the beautiful dream of using all of my skills in and around The Story of God. Getting to portray Jesus’ heart is a gift and a responsibility that I don’t take lightly, and it has stretched and grown me in so many beautiful ways.

For all of my best planning, God has shifted my path again and again. It’s almost always been unexpected, but it has always ultimately been very good. I’m grateful to share this part of the journey with you.
